The Bucket Fillers Program is a character development program that encourages students to demonstrate positive behavior and fill others’ buckets such as by sharing complimenting words, demonstrating respectful behavior, and helping someone without being asked. Each month, we recognize one child from each class that has demonstrated Bucket Filler qualities. Teachers share specific examples of the student’s behavior and awards the student with a certificate.
